Payment Methods
The quickest way to guarantee your child’s place and confirm your booking is to pay via debit/credit card when making your booking online. Should you decide not to use this method, we have other ways in which payment can be made.
Childcare Vouchers
As an Ofsted registered setting we are able to accept childcare voucher payments. A full list of the providers we are currently registered with can be seen below. If your provider is not on the list, please email us and let us know.
Where a provider has not given us a specific account number you may need to search for us by postcode; we are registered differently from one provider to the next, the two addresses you can use are:

Please log in to the Tax-Free Childcare Service in your usual way and search for us under the following details:
StepUp Foundation, Edgbarrow Sports Centre, RG45 7JL.
Please inform us when using this service, as HMRC do not send us notification that you have made a payment.
We kindly request that all bookings that have not been paid for via debit/credit card at the point of booking, are confirmed by making payment within 7 days of when your booking was made. Bookings that remain unpaid after 7 days may get cancelled unless parents have been in touch with us to explain why there is a delay.
